Pray for an e3 team that returned from Ecuador in August, where they helped at more locations than they expected and found more pastors that are interested in learning how e3 works. Pray specifically for Pastor Josemar, who is from Brazil and is of slave descent. Often, Ecuadorians do not accept black people and they are having a difficult time understanding his Spanish. Pray for the courage and perseverance of Josemar, and that he would find helpers that speak Quichua, as many people on the mountainside where they are working do not speak Spanish.
