There are many things that happen in the background of every business or ministry.  Many jobs that help the ministry operate, but may not be thought about or seen.  Pray for all our staff members who help with the operations of the ministry.  Pray for strength and renewal as they are busily trying to close out this year and get ready for next year.  Pray for their needs and financials to be met.
