Many staff members are part of a team.  Whether it is an initiative, a country, or a region, they are part of forming and implementing the strategy.  Pray for these individuals as most are still raising support to be able to work on these teams.  Pray that they will be able to raise all their support.  Pray that God will also help guide and direct them in how He would move forward within His ministry in whatever area they are working in.
